Processing Time
All scrapbooks and embroidered items are handmade, and many are made to order.

Custom orders: Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation before shipment

Ready-to-ship items: Ship within 7 days
Processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or high order volume.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS and Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping
I currently ship within the United States. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me before placing your order to see if it’s available.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, I’m happy to help you file a claim or provide any information needed.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so I can assist you.
Handmade Packaging Note
I package all orders with care to protect your handmade item during transit. Because each piece is unique and often one-of-a-kind, proper packaging and handling is very important to me.
