Refund policy

Because all of my scrapbooks and embroidered items are handmade and often customized, I have the following policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom scrapbooks and embroidered items, all custom orders are final sale. This includes items with names, dates, custom text, colors, themes, or other personalization.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or personalized items. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on my end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

I am happy to work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a repair, replacement, or partial/full refund depending on the situation. Please email me at Kirsten@allthatscrapbook.com for questions.

Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

If you offer any non-custom, ready-to-ship items, you may accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Handmade Disclaimer

Each item is handmade with care, so slight variations in stitching, fabric placement, or materials are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted work. These natural variations do not qualify as defects.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase and before work has begun on your order. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
