Are all your scrapbooks and journals handmade?

Yes! Every scrapbook is handmade and sewn by me with care and attention to detail. Because each piece is crafted by hand, no two albums are exactly the same. Making yours truly one of a kind.

How long does it take to make a custom order?

Because each item is handmade, custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to create before shipping. Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume and level of customization.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact me as soon as possible. Once work has started or embroidery has begun, changes may not be possible.

What materials do you use?

I use high-quality cotton fabrics, and thread selected for durability and beauty. The scrapbooks themselves are 3-ring albums. If you have questions about specific materials or allergies, feel free to ask before ordering.

How should I care for my scrapbook or embroidered item?

To keep your item looking its best:

  • Store away from moisture and direct sunlight
  • Handle with clean hands
  • Spot clean embroidered items only

Where do you ship to?

Currently, my team and I are only shipping to the United States. However, I am actively exploring options to expand our shipping destinations, so stay tuned for updates. Our goal is to share our handmade goodness with as many people as possible! 🌍✉️

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times within the United States typically range from 3 to 7 business days. However, with the handmade nature of certain products, please be aware of longer shipping times.

Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all custom scrapbooks and embroidered items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

That said - if there is an issue with your order (such as shipping damage or an error on my end), please reach out. I’m always happy to work with you to find a solution.

What if there is a mistake or problem with my order?

Your happiness matters to me! If something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
